Windmill Resolution Passes to the Next Level

On September 27, 2025, Barbara Dahlgren, Co-chair of the Greater Milwaukee Green Party testified before the Environmental Committee of the Wisconsin Conservation Congress to defend the resolution that she authored to reduce bird deaths from windmills.  Although a majority of the committee agreed to amend her resolution, it passed onto the next level and will be heard before the District Council.
